Class for boundary integration of the linear form: \( \frac{\alpha}{2} \langle (u \cdot n) f, w \rangle - \beta \langle |u \cdot n| f, w \rangle \) where \(f\) and \(u\) are given scalar and vector coefficients, respectively, and \(w\) is the scalar test function.
